Our Guarantee
What ELKA CLINIC commits to at every appointment — how your treatment is planned, who performs it, what the price covers, and how we stand behind our work if a healed result is not what you hoped for.
- Design approved before we start
- A named practitioner
- Written aftercare
- Support that continues after your appointment
We stand behind our work
Skin does not heal to a formula. Two people can have the same treatment, the same pigment and the same aftercare and still finish in slightly different places, so any clinic promising an identical result is promising something it cannot control.
So there are two different things a clinic can offer, and we think it matters which one you are being given. One is a promise about your biology — that your skin will retain pigment, heal and respond exactly as described. Nobody can honestly make that promise. The other is a promise about conduct: that your treatment is planned properly, performed by the person who planned it, priced openly, and that if you have a genuine concern about your result we will look at it with you rather than leave you to work it out alone.
The second is what our guarantee is, and we take it seriously. The commitments below are existing clinic policy rather than lines written for a website, and they are how we stand behind the work.
How we stand behind our work
You approve the design first
Mapping, shape and colour are worked out with you at the appointment. Nothing permanent begins until you have seen the design and agreed with it.
A named practitioner
Samira carries out the cosmetic tattoo work and Maryam carries out the skin treatments. The person who plans your treatment is the one who performs it. Meet the team.
Not final until it has healed
We do not treat a result as finished until it has healed and had any recommended touch-up. Judging colour in the first week is judging the wrong thing.
Honest advice, including no
If a treatment is not suitable for your skin, your health history or the result you are describing, we will say so rather than book you in.
Written aftercare, and a way to reach us
You leave with an aftercare kit and written instructions for your specific treatment. If something looks or feels wrong while you are healing, contact the clinic. Early is far better than late.
Pricing you can see before you book
What the price covers and what is charged separately is written down rather than discovered later, and payment plans are available.
What a cosmetic tattoo booking covers
What we cannot promise
A guarantee is only worth reading if it also says where the limits are. These are the things no clinic can control, and we would rather tell you now than after your appointment.
The limits, plainly
- Healed colour varies between people. Skin type, sun, smoking and how closely aftercare is followed all move the result.
- Cosmetic tattoo is semi-permanent rather than permanent. It softens gradually, and no fixed lifespan can be guaranteed.
- Removal and lightening lighten pigment rather than erase it. Complete clearance is realistic in some cases and not in others.
- Skin treatments work across a course of appointments. A single session is a step, not a transformation.
None of that changes what we do owe you. Where your skin goes is not entirely in our hands; how we respond when you are unhappy about it is entirely in ours.
You will not be left to work it out on your own
Our responsibility does not end when your appointment does. If you have a concern about your result, we ask you to contact us and give us the opportunity to assess it properly. Where appropriate, we will continue to support you and work with you toward the best reasonable outcome.
What that looks like in practice
- You tell us. Healing or healed, we would far rather hear from you early than late.
- We assess it properly. We look at the work itself, how your skin has responded and what stage of healing you are at, rather than judging from a photograph alone.
- We are honest about what can be improved. Sometimes the answer is an adjustment, sometimes it is more healing time, and sometimes it is that a particular thing cannot be changed — and we will tell you which.
- We stay available. Support does not end after one conversation, or because a set number of weeks has passed.
What the right solution is will depend on the treatment, how you have healed, how your skin has responded and your individual situation. What does not depend on any of that is whether we take your concern seriously.
If you are sending a photograph, take it in natural daylight rather than under bathroom lighting, which distorts colour more than any other light in the house. It lets us give you a useful answer instead of a guess.
Book with confidence
You can book your treatment directly — a consultation is not required. If you would rather talk it through first, a complimentary consultation with design is available and you can book that instead.
Flexible payment plans are available across treatments. ELKA CLINIC, 3/29 Hood Street, Subiaco WA 6008.
