A consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We take the time to understand your goals, look at the treatment area, explain what to expect from your first appointment through healing, and answer your questions honestly.
If we do not think a treatment is right for you, we will say so and explain why. Consultations run for about thirty minutes and there is no obligation to book on the day.

Do I need a consultation before I book?
A consultation is optional. You are welcome to book your treatment directly through our online booking system. If you would prefer to talk things through first, a complimentary consultation of about thirty minutes is available at the Subiaco clinic.
Is the perfecting session included in the price?
No. For all of our permanent makeup treatments the perfecting session, sometimes called the touch-up, is booked and paid for separately. It is normally done four to six weeks after the first appointment, and the price for it is shown alongside the initial treatment in our booking system.
Where do I find the aftercare instructions?
Aftercare is published here on our website so you can check it whenever you need it, before your appointment and at any point while you are healing. We do not hand out printed sheets and we do not sell an aftercare kit. For eyebrow tattoos an aftercare cream is provided for you to take home.
Can I send a photo with my enquiry?
Yes, and it usually helps. Email or WhatsApp a clear, well lit photo of the area you would like treated, taken without makeup where possible. It lets us give you a far more useful answer about suitability.
How do I find the clinic?

Is there parking at the clinic?
