ELKA CLINIC specialises in natural-looking cosmetic tattoo and advanced skin treatments in Subiaco, Perth. Every treatment is individually planned around your features, your skin and the result you want. Since July 2015, our focus has stayed the same: considered treatment planning, natural-looking healed results, and professional care from your first conversation through to healing.
